• Exceeding Space: Consistent overuse may require upgrade or optimization assistance

• Mailbox Policy: Maximum 5 mailboxes; additional mailboxes charged at R29/month

• No Reselling: This is a managed hosting package. You may not resell to third parties.

• cPanel Access: Direct cPanel logins are not available—we manage all hosting-level changes for you

• Hosting Partner: Hosting infrastructure provided via Domains.co.za through SquidTech’s reseller account

• Billing:

  • Month-to-month

  • 14-day payment grace

  • Suspension after 30 days overdue

• Support Times:

  • Weekdays 08:00–17:00

  • WhatsApp/email after-hours for critical issues only
